MEP Gate - Supplier Portal

Account Creation
- Companies can create an account and start appearing on the platform once their first product is approved.
- Only one account per company is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, all related company pages will be permanently removed.
Product Listings
- Each company may publish up to 5 products maximum.
- All submitted products are subject to review and approval before becoming visible.
Subscription
- Platform subscription is currently free of charge for a limited period. Future changes may apply.
Accuracy of Information
- Companies are fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information and images they upload.
- MEP Gate does not take responsibility for errors, misrepresentation, or misleading content provided by users.
Prohibited Content
- Posting products or content unrelated to the MEP sector, illegal items, or offensive material is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation will result in product removal or account termination.
Approval Rights
- MEP Gate reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any product or account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Account Responsibility
- Companies are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
Policy Updates
- MEP Gate may update these terms and policies at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
Limitation of Liability
- MEP Gate is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of the platform or reliance on posted content.
Termination
- In case of violation of any terms, MEP Gate reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account immediately.
Intellectual Property & Rights
- All platform design, structure, and services are the exclusive property of MEP Gate.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.
